Payment Process

Payments are only accepted in Euro's and will be taken via Paypal invoice.

Payment is possible via two methods: Either half the price is payed upfront via Paypal and I'll draw the sketch. After the client is satisfied with the sketch, the other half of the payment is sent and I'll finish the commission.

The other payment method is paying the full price up front. Before I start the artwork the client sends the money via Paypal. After the payment is received, I'll start the commission.

No refunds, unless if I’m unable to do your commission. In that case I’ll fully refund you.

Additional information

Commissions are for personal use only. Currently I don't accept commercial commissions.

It may take me up to 3 months to finish the commission. I'll open a max of three slots at a time. Note if you're at the third slot that it might take me a while before I can start your commission. Unless it is a priority commission then it will be completed within the agreed deadline. For more information about priority commissions, feel free to message me.

You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.

If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it may cost extra.

Minor/major changes after being sent the finished commission will be charged. I always ask the client during the sketching phase if they want anything revised. The client should settle all revisions by then. Small edits after finishing the sketch are still accepted, big changes to the artwork however will be charged.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.

You can not use any of my art for AI purposes. That means feeding my art into an AI program to modify or train it, is against my terms of service. Doing so will get you permanently banned.

I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.

I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. Reference pictures are required

I mainly draw female characters and rarely male characters. Please keep in mind when commissioning me. I also do not provide complex backgrounds.

If you require additional elements to the drawing (for example complicated weapons) the price could vary depending on complexity.

As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my social media, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolio.
